• Domains listed via Unstoppable Domains or Atom.com are subject to those platforms' terms.
• Listings are not binding offers; all sales require seller confirmation.

3. Purchases & Payments

• Payments are processed via Unstoppable Domains or Atom.com — we do not handle payment card data directly.
• All sales are final once the domain transfer has been initiated.
• "Make an Offer" submissions are not binding. We may accept, reject, or counter any offer.
• We are not liable for payment processing errors on third-party platforms.

4. Domain Transfers

Upon confirmed payment, transfer is initiated within 24–48 business hours. The buyer must have a registrar account ready to receive the transfer. Transfer timelines may vary based on the TLD and registrar policies.

5. Lease-to-Own

Lease arrangements require a separate written agreement. Monthly payments do not confer ownership until the final payment is received. Missed payments may result in termination of the agreement and forfeiture of paid amounts.
