3. Purchases & Payments

• Stripe (card payment): Processed by Stripe Inc., a PCI DSS certified processor. Stripe's terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Manual payment: Bank transfer or check. Transfer begins once funds clear (1–3 business days).
• All sales are final once domain transfer has been initiated.
• "Make an Offer" submissions are not binding. We may accept, reject, or counter any offer.

4. Domain Transfers

Transfer is initiated within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. The buyer must have a registrar account ready. Transfer timelines vary by TLD and registrar policies.

5. Lease-to-Own

Lease arrangements require a separate written agreement. Monthly payments do not confer ownership until the final payment is received. Missed payments may result in termination.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submitting false or fraudulent offers or contact messages
• Automated scraping without written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site
